Our coho has been meeting with other cohos recently to talk about things like youth engagement, security, and work participation.

One of the topics that has come up is conflict resolution. Does your coho have a team for handling conflict? Any recommended tools? Please share if you do!

The Durham (NC) Central Park Cohousing Community (COHO) has had a conflict team since our move-in a year ago. We've had some training for the members and have worked with the community in workshops and in mediating two specific disputes among members. We'd love to share experiences with other groups.
